Thank you for shopping with EasyWebr. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please check if your are eligible for a refund before completing the form.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
  • Defective or damaged.
  • Incorrect(wrong design, size, or colour compared to your order).
  • Not received after a reasonable delivery timeframe (proof required).

Non-Eligible Refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse (change of mind)
  • Incorrect size ordered (Please refer to our size charts before purchasing).
  • Minor differences in colour or placement due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

Proof Required:

  • Please provide clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • Proof of order details may be requested.

Process:

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review the evidence.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund.
